I am so excited to announce that I have registered my domain as www.chroniclesofchronicills.com . This site will allow others who suffer from Chronic Illnesses to share their stories, especially what works to help them manage their pain and illness. I'm excited to announce that my dear friend, Desi, has decided to be the next blogger. Look forward to hearing about her journey. If you are interested in sharing your journey email admin@chroniclesofchronicills.com .

Anna's Update: Between doctors appointments, rest, and the occasional ER visit and hospitalization, I feel like I am managing my symptoms. I am giving myself A LOT of grace. Due to being in bed the majority of the day, I am now the heaviest I have ever been, but I'm not going to let that get

me down any longer. I've started studying Light Medicine through Tolpakan Healing and have started a course to be a certified Life Coach through Brave Thinking Institute. I'm excited to come along side people and help them realize their dreams, especially if it looks different due to Chronic Illness.

Below are the things I am doing/trying to help manage my symptoms and pain.

Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, H-EDS, Long Covid

  • Duloxetine HCL

  • Rexulti

  • Adderall

  • Naltrexone HCL

  • Ketotifen Fum

  • Cyclobenzaprine

  • Quercetin

  • Methylfolate B12

  • Glutathione Cream Compound

  • Aquatic Physical Therapy

  • Red Light/Near Infra-Red Light Therapy

  • RIFE frequencies Sound Therapy

  • Meditation

  • Therapy/Counseling

POTS

  • Metoprolol Succ ER

  • Midodrine Hcl

  • Edemawear

MCAS

  • Famotidine AM and PM

  • Montelukast Sod (PM)

  • Cromolyn Sodium Eye Drops

  • Loratidine (AM)

  • Albuterol Inhaler

  • Magnesium Oxide

Aquatic Physical Therapy - I moisturize and try to remember to get my skin wet before getting into the chlorinated pool. I then immediately shower there afterwards to get as much of the chlorine off me as I can. This prevents a severe reaction to the chlorine. I've found that therapy is worth the minor irritations.

PCOS

  • IUD

Interstitial Cystitis

  • Uricalm

  • Diet- eliminating caffeine (among other things) has really helped

I will add to this when I need to. Please let me know if there are any questions, again these are the things doctors and healers have given me to try. This is not medical advice, just information to potentially share with your medical team if you haven't already tried them.

Thank you for your love and support!
